Monitoring
A fix has deployed and we are monitoring the situation. If content is missing from your boxes, use the "Version History" feature to change back to the the snapshot named "Before the upgrade of the file schema upgrade to version 3"
Only a small percentage of files edited during this incident need attention.

Investigating
As of 12/10/2025 at 1:30pm ET, we have identified an issue impacting the display of content within certain boxes with pop-ups. Do not edit those boxes at this time. AgileMD is investigating and will post an update.
